🎯 Your Missions 🎯
Agile & Delivery Management
- Implement and facilitate an Agile / Scrum framework adapted to the project context (fixed price, multi-stakeholder clients, variable maturity).
- Support development and management teams (Project Manager, PMO, Project Director).
- Ensure the smooth running of agile events: daily meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective, framing workshops.
Framing and Securing Fixed-Price Projects
- Participate in framing business needs and structuring the functional scope.
- Support Product Owners in defining and prioritizing the backlog (MVP, batches, milestones).
- Help secure scope / deadline / quality commitments, in conjunction with project teams.
- Implement monitoring indicators (velocity, progress, risks, remaining work).
Change and Client Relations
- Support the client in understanding agile practices within a contractual framework.
- Structure and facilitate a change management process (qualification, arbitration, traceability).
Continuous Improvement & Quality
- Foster continuous improvement of teams and processes.
- Support the upskilling of internal and client teams on Scrum and Kanban.
- Contribute to the overall quality of deliverables (testing, acceptance, adherence to "Definition of Done" criteria).
Tooling
- Administer and maintain project management and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural, etc.

Education & Experience
- Master's degree (engineering school, university Master's, or equivalent).
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Scrum Master.
- Significant experience on fixed-price digital projects (digital agency or ESN).
Skills
- Excellent command of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Scrum Master (PSM I) certification is mandatory.
- Ability to operate in constrained environments (planning, budget, contract).
- Good understanding of web and digital challenges (UX, development, testing).

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a facilitator's mindset.
- Natural leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
- Customer service orientation, pedagogical approach, and assertiveness.
