We seek a skilled Systems Engineer passionate about building and maintaining large-scale infrastructure. You'll operate an email platform(s) serving millions of active users, managing petabytes of data, and ensuring the smooth transmission of hundreds of millions of messages monthly. You will join a highly capable team and work in a rapidly growing infrastructure environment that requires constant scaling and innovation.

🛠️ Your day-to-day
- Research & Development: Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance our infrastructure.
- Feature Development: Design and deploy new features for our email product.
- Performance & Reliability: Optimize systems to eliminate bottlenecks and improve scalability.
- Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, etc.
- Infrastructure Management: Architect, build, and maintain physical and virtual servers across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Monitoring & Alerting: Develop systems to proactively detect and address issues.
- Incident Management: Participate in incident response and conduct postmortems to drive continuous improvement.
🌟 What We Expect
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing Linux systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Programming: Skilled in one of - GoLang, PHP, Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to technical challenges, exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Collaborative mindset, and a high sense of ownership.

- Cloud Operations: Experience in highly available and scalable cloud environments.
- Email Infrastructure: Knowledge of protocols such as IMAP, POP, SMTP, and LMTP.

💰 Compensation
- Gross salary: Mid Level from 4000 EUR/month. Senior level from 5000 to 10000 EUR/month.
