Development of the company's main drug discovery platform. Integration
of complex technical tools from research and open-source, deployment on
multiple HPC clusters to make them accessible to users. Development and
maintenance of an internal website (back-end + front-end) for the submission,
management, and history of associated calculations.
Tasks accomplished:
Optimization and restructuring of a scientific computing tool for processing
molecular data, parallelizing data processing to increase execution speed and
enhance code robustness.
Design and implementation of a load balancing system based on queueing
theory, optimizing resource utilization and reducing costs. Tested in pre-
production and successfully deployed.
Addition of new features and optimization of its interface: intuitive navigation,
responsive design for molecule visualization, and file analysis tools.
Development of a unified framework to standardize database migrations,
reducing deployment times and minimizing errors.
Creation of a centralized website on GitLab to organize technical
documentation, with a common architecture and CI/CD pipelines to automate
updates. This solution ensures documentation is always up-to-date and easily
accessible.
