Deployed a production AI voice agent for an enterprise IVR navigation system using Azure Functions and Azure ML endpoints. Led the full architecture evaluation — from VAPI and Logic Apps to a custom-coded solution — improving scalability and response accuracy. Configured voice orchestration with custom speech recognition parameters and conducted end-to-end testing, including call simulation, edge case handling, and production validation.
